Android Tweaker

With this simple app you can add several tweaks and mods to your Android OS, in fact, Android tweaker is compatible with all devices, kernel, Android versions (Gingerbread, Ice Cream Sandwitch and JellyBean) or custom ROM (CyanogenMod, MIUI, AOKP, JellyBam etc).

Among the various features, we particularly emphasize the ability to fix your gps! in fact, Android Tweaker, contains the configuration servers for more than 80 countries for the all 5 continents;
Also, the ability to improve your wifi, 3G and LTE signals, set the google dns that will allow you to re-enable all the website that are actually locked in your country!, and much more!

Beautiful and comfortable interface allows you to enable various mods and navigate through the different tabs: performance, battery, network, audio, images, gps, kernel, tools and misc.

I was made aware of this app earlier today by Kurt/Nitroz, the dude that makes the Black Exodus and other themes. He also designs icons and wallpapers etc etc, anyway.. I’ve been using Trickster Mod this last while for tweaking things in the kernel I’m using, we shared it a while back, if you can remember here. Well I have deleted Trickster Mod and I’m using this instead. I haven’t purchased the paid version just yet that really opens up what can be altered/ activated/ deactivated/ changed/ tweaked/ turned to 11. You get where I’m going with this. There are far too many options and tweaks that can be applied to even write them down to share with you. Honestly, that’s just the free version.

I must also congratulate the developer on making not only a absolutely incredible  app that’s packed with features but an absolutely brilliant and easy to use interface too. Tweaking custom kernels or even stock has never been as easy to do and looks great when doing it.. Take a look at the screen shots below.

We have provided a link to the free version for you to have a look at first. I’m just about to buy the paid version because I’ve been using it all day and I fully understand what I’m doing and what I’m paying extra for. Messing about too much at kernel level can damage your phone or bootloop and nasty things like that. Of course you need root rights and will need a little understanding what you are doing. If you’re not sure please don’t brick your device and blame DroidHorizon. Cool?

Chief Editor of DroidHorizon. I own a few different devices at the minute and enjoy writing reviews and sharing what I think is cool. You can often find me playing Playstation 4 or sprawled across the couch with headphones on (maybe with a nice beer or gin & tonic in-hand)
