[APP] App Lock- Added Security For Your Device

I’ve been on the fence about securing my device.  On the one hand, of course I want security.  But on the other hand, I want convenience.  Think about how many times a day we check our devices.  For me, that could be a hundred times or more!  Sometimes, a main lockscreen just gets in the way.  App Lock allows you to lock individual apps.

Lock up only the apps that need to be secure.

Sometimes I let others use my phone or tablet but prefer to restrict their access.  With a standard lockscreen password or pattern lock, once you unlock the device, they have full access to all your apps… including  the gallery.  With App Lock, just choose which apps you actually need to be locked up or not and that’s it.  Done.  This way, you can enjoy all the various lockscreen widgets, save time, and increase the security of your phone or tablet by not relying on just one main gatekeeper.

App Lock comes in both free and paid versions.  Obviously, the paid version offers more options.  They are available in the Google Play Store.

Chief Editor of DroidHorizon. I own a few different devices at the minute and enjoy writing reviews and sharing what I think is cool. You can often find me playing Playstation 4 or sprawled across the couch with headphones on (maybe with a nice beer or gin & tonic in-hand)
