Cyanogen Theme Showcase
It’s rather well known around my personal stream on Google Plus that I’m a massive fan of customizing my devices with cool wallpapers, icons and Cyanogen themes. Way back when I first started DroidHorizon I used to have a tab exclusively for Cyanogen Mod themes, this was when we used to use the old T-Mobile Theme Engine. I’ve bought a lot of these themes over the years and I was over the moon when Cyanogen said they would be bringing back the engine and moving things forward with ease of use, looks and features.
What we have here is their own application that you can download for free from the Play Store. Cyanogen Theme Showcase does exactly what one would assume. The app showcases themes for you so you can pick the style you want and send you straight to the download. Lots of different styles are available with varying levels of detail. You’ll see themes that just paint everything black, others that complete a KitKat style with consistent colour theme system wide. I’ve never had an issue throwing a few bucks at the developers behind the theme designs. These themes really do alter the entire appearance of your device even though the new theme engine is still a work in progress, expect some tiny little issues.
Cyanogen Theme Showcase really does offer a convenient and easy to find source of these new themes. Certainly showcased, you could say. We mentioned earlier it goes system wide. Included are..

Having your favourite icon pack across your device ( in settings) and not just on your after market home launcher (think Apex, Nova or Trebuchet) really is great. Maybe you just want to keep things looking as close to stock as possible. Install a font that really does make things look great.
