App Preview……Lumberjack

(Got to love that Meme)

Log export and viewer designed specifically for Honeycomb and Ice Cream Sandwich

Lumberjack is a useful application for application developers, Android custom rom developers and users alike.

This will allow you to see the live logs on your device, but also gives you the option to export the files to your favourite application such as Gmail or Dropbox.

Unlike similar applications, this was designed with Honeycomb and Ice Cream Sandwich tablets and phones in mind.

Logs this application displays & exports:
* Logcat (main & system)
* Events Logcat
* Radio Logcat
* Dmesg
* Last_kmsg
* /system contents
* Loaded modules
* Mounted filesystems

Next time you get stuck in a rut and your device keeps rebooting or whatever and you ask kindly on XDA but get shouted at. Use this nifty app to grab the logcat or kmsg and upload it to your Dropbox account which now handles text files, awesome. Preferred method is Pastebin so be prepared to be shouted at again. Seriously.This application takes the need away for using ADB, no PC needed to grab and all is very simple to use. Also the icon is very nice but have no idea why it’s called Lumberjack. Makes me think of check shirts and cutting down tress in Canada. 😛

As always we have provided a link right here for the Play Store and it’s completely free with zero ads. Sweet.
