Shark DuoClean Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Review

Shark DuoClean  Review

The DuoClean Cordless Vacuum from Shark seems to be the answer to my prayers. Looking for a light cordless vacuum that can pick up anything off my floor.

The Shark DuoClean needs some assembly before running it around the house. No tools are required, but it did take me around 10 mins to put all together. the instructions are clear, and even a novice will be able to put this together.

I will say it doesn’t have the looks of a Dyson. But looks aren’t everything and I was surprised by just how good this was. the design is genius, it folds down to be a really compact storable size, and also can be re-shaped for different places in the home.

It has a stair mode, which is pretty common. The main tube can be extended to hoover the ceiling, which was a new one for me. There is also a flexible mode to get under the sofa and bed. This flexible mode is a new one for me, and not something I have seen before. There are also two lights on the front, which is genius! So now I can hover in darker spots around the house.

There is a constant problem with batteries and cordless cleaners like this one. Shark have come up with a simple idea, sell more than one battery. This means you can always have one charging while the other is being used. This idea is so simple. The batteries last around 22 mins each, which is more than enough time to go round my house.

Running off a battery, I thought this would be lacking in the sucking power. But I was wrong! This thing can clean any floor type, and any mess I could throw at it. The dual brush tech is called Duoclean, and it’s this that means it can pick up so much.

This may not be the prettiest cleaner in the room, it sure is the most versatile and powerful. The Duoclean tech means that I can run into any room and get the same cleaning power.
