Shooting Club Zombies Attack – Review

I’m not sure what zombies have done lately, but it appears that more and more games are tasking you with killing them. A lot of these lots of big guns, running around for ammo and hiding in a corner while you reload. Shooting Club Zombies Attack puts a different spin on the zombie shooter, by combining it with a sniper game. Your put way out of range of the brain eaters, given a sniper rifle and tasked with shooting the walking dead.

I’m a stickler for headshots and this game encourages it, but assigning points for each shot you make. The game has a second unseen enemy, nature! Before you shoot you have to take into account wind and range, this can be checked by elements in the level helping you decide the best way to shoot. Each level is based around different locations, and you also more powerful weapons which help gain you an advantage. There are various levels of zombies too, one at the higher end of the scale is almost immortal and very difficult to kill. Being an indie game, it may look a little rough around the edges, a little less polished than some other games. But to be honest you forget all that when you trying to knock the block off a zombie.

For each shot you make, you gain exp. This exp can then be used to purchase more powerful guns and bonuses to help you out on each level. Though in the beginning you might not need it, further playing the game will allow more powerful zombies to come up against you. By that time you will be spending all your exp for a bigger gun.

I really like this game, the indie graphics make it feel like a 70’s zombie flick. I highly recommend grabbing this, as its a fun game to have with room for expanding your arsenal and its a zombie sniper game, come on!
