Wraps Headphones Review

Company – Wraps Headphones are owned by Midbass Distribution LTD. Midbass aren’t a name that first comes to mind but if you have ever gone into any Halfords and seen that bright orange Edge subwoofer they normally have on display that’s Midbass, they own a few different brands mostly car audio systems which always look great. Midbass focus on audio equipment looking as good as it sounds which would explain the Wraps line of headphones.

Product –  I normally use bluetooth headphones but always keep a wired set in my bag for when they run out of battery. When this happens I remember why I moved away from wired buds I always end up fighting to get them unwrapped no matter how carefully I pack them away. Wraps have taken a different approach you wear the headphones on your wrist so they never get tangled up.  Even with four different styles and over twelve different colours this is method is aimed more at a younger audience or in more relaxed working environments. But I keep mine wrapped around a power bank or a bottle of water works just as well. No matter how good these look they have to sound half decent or they are just jewellery at the end of the day. I have the classic’s in blue and amazed at the sound quality for the price even without messing with any EQ settings they give a good sound. They are more suited to rock/pop rather than dirty house but with a few EQ tweaks they sound good enough.

Packaging – Nice cardboard packing with a  plastic tray inside, nothing too special here.  Also comes with three sizes of rubber buds so you can get a nice fit.

Price –  From £14.99  The classics I’m using come in at the lowest price point of £14.99. The wood and leather variants come in at £29.99 if you need that bit extra style. The Classics are the best I’ve heard  its price range I imagine it will be a while before i get some £15 headphones with a better sound. Click the logo below to check out the site.
