Write in the cloud is a convenient place to write things down that you need to remember. It’s that very basic sheet of paper that you reach out for when you need to write something down to look up later.
Write in the cloud stores all your files safely in the cloud. It is based on very simple .txt files so you can also edit them using every other editor you like – no special apps required. If you are on your computer, just use a traditional text editor to open and modify them. The application uses Dropbox’s API to safely secure your text file in a folder labeled Apps/Write. (This took me a little while to work out, as usual, I didn’t read the developers’ notes fully.) Built in Google’s recommended guidlines with a proper swipe left to menu gesture, a very pleasing and simplistic app for writing a quick note without clutter or too many other distractions. Sometimes an app like this makes a pleasant change and designed really for just one purpose. I’m fully aware of other apps in the same category but I must say I’ll find myself using this more. I prefer simple, clean and minimal.
